The First Regiment Armory in Portland is in the heart of our hip Pearl District, just a block down from Powell\’s Books. The stonework on the building is boxy and rough, a pleasant break from the sleek and modern walls of the condo buildings that line most of the streets in this area.
The Armory is now home to one of Portland\’s many great theater companies, Portland Center Stage.
