These are so easy to make! And super fast. But like it goes in Portland, Oregon, there\’s always some sweet little restaurant or cart doing a dish up perfectly! I had some fat mussels at La Moule a while back that I will be having again next time I have a hankering for mussels. But if you\’re not blessed to live here, the recipe is a perfectly delicious second best.
