umami sauce

 

This sauce is darn close to the delicious Yumm Sauce that hails from these parts  (Oregon).  If you\’ve had it you know how delicious it is.  I called it umami sauce because it\’s the only word I can think of to describe it that isn\’t \’yumm!!!\’
